In the Innovation Markets app, every week we go live with our community, do live analysis and take crypto and forex trades depending on market conditions.
This is also an opportunity to ask any questions with Bernie or Toray live and chat with other members in the apps.
We send a notification for desktop and mobile and remind you in the schedule (when confirmed and released) when we go live on a particular day.
You should see a red indicator on mobile and desktop that tells you that we are live alongside a push notification.
You then can join the live session on desktop or on mobile.
I can't hear any audio on the Live.
To hear audio you must click the 'Join Audio by Computer' button when entering the live on the desktop.
I can't currently join the live right now, can I watch it later?
Not to worry! every time we go live they are always recorded and then later uploaded to the app. You can find them in Videos > Live archives so that you can go and watch them any time.
We will let you know when it is available as we send a notification to tell you it has been uploaded to the app.
Why aren't some trades not posted in the trades section during the lives?
Some trades such as scalping and live trades are not possible to post in the trades section due to rapid market conditions. We do make an effort to post a warning before we take a live trade with community members, it should look like this in the app.
