If you are unable to view videos in the app please try one of the following steps to resolve the issue:
If you're on mobile, try using Pull to Refresh by swiping down on the video section, the video thumbnails should appear.
Force close the app and re-open it again.
Try to restart your phone and also check that your phone / desktop has enough space.
Try logging out / deleting the app and logging in again into the app.
Check your internet connection speed and switch and try to switch between mobile data and WiFi to see if the videos load.
Using a VPN
Some countries and governments block certain services we use entirely which makes access to our service difficult especially in Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
To get around this, we recommend using a VPN app (Virtual Private Network) that conceals and secures your connection and gets around these governmental restrictions.
