You can login to the Innovation Markets platform on Desktop or Mobile, we use email based login in the form of 'magic links' which log you into the app, make sure your email is in lowercase when you enter it in the apps.
Once you enter your email, you will be presented with a code, this is to confirm the email you sent matches the code on the app, it done for security reasons, once you've logged in you can delete the email.
You also have the choice to be logged into both the mobile and desktop app at the same time, we have a separate guide for that.
Email based login using Mobile
Start by tapping on 'Login'*, enter your email* and tap 'Login'**
Go to your inbox on your phone and Tap 'Login to Innovation Markets'
The link will take you to a browser, your phone should prompt you to open a link, click 'Open'.
This will take you back to the mobile app and should log you in.

Email based login using Desktop
Enter your email* and click 'Login'**
Go to your inbox on your desktop and Tap 'Login to Innovation Markets'
The link will open your browser window/tab, your browser should prompt you to open a link, click 'Open'.
This will take you back to the desktop app and should log you in***.

NOTE:
*It is important to make sure your email is correct and in lowercase otherwise you won't receive the magic link in your inbox. If you entered your email correctly you should receive an email from us so that you can login.
**It may take up to 10 - 15 mins for the email to reach your inbox.
***For the desktop app, if you login with email you will be unable to be simultaneously logged into both phone and desktop. If you would like to do this, we have a separate guide for that.
Be sure to check your spam folder for the magic link and NEVER mark the login emails as spam as this WILL cause emails to stop sending. It could take around 24hrs for magic link access to be restored.
