Notifications Not Working

Mobile

You can test notifications in the Settings > Push Notifications area to make sure they are working.

You should also make sure all notifications are enabled to receive every alert type from Innovation Markets.

Once you send a test notification the notification should appear on the screen.

Note: On iOS, make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus is turned off (or that you allow Innovation Markets to send you alerts) and that you allow the app to send you notifications.

Desktop

Please make sure the desktop app is always open to receive notifications on the desktop. Also make sure you allow notifications from Innovation Markets.

Can I receive both notifications on both desktop and mobile?

Yes you can!
